FAQ

HOW MUCH DOES AN AVERAGE WEDDING COST?

There are many factors to consider when you’re establishing a wedding budget - venue type, season, and guest count to name a few. We will be able to assist you in setting a realistic budget plan based on your vision and needs.

IS A WEDDING COORDINATOR OR PLANNER NEEDED IF THE VENUE OFFERS SOMEONE?

There is a common misconception that if your wedding venue provides a venue coordinator, then you do not need to hire you own wedding planner. However, a venue coordinator and a professional planner play completely different roles. A venue coordinator’s role is exactly that - to coordinate the venue. From the staffing to meal service to making sure the power and lights stay on, their role is directly related to the venue. For planner, we are completely focused on you and dedicated to your wedding vision. You are our top priority and we want to ensure the day unfolds to your expectations and more!

DO YOU CARRY LIABILITY OF INSURANCE?

We carry 2 million liability coverage as required by many venues.

DOES FULL PLANNING MEAN YOU WILL BE IN CONTROL OF THE WHOLE PLANNING PROCESS?

Absolutely not! We are here to guide and suggest using our expertise, but ultimately it is your decision, and we will support it one hundred percent.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT STRUCTURES?

50% due upon signing of the contract and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
