Create a customized budget sheet

Assist with vendors curation

Assist with design and theme development

Create mood board

Create floor plan(s)

Review all signed vendor contracts

Communicate with all vendors and related parties

Create and distribute event day timeline

Obtain forms and insurances from vendors

Assist with permits and license (if applicable)

Review and proof banquet event order (BEO) from venue or caterer

 

Event Day

1 Professional Event Consultant™ up to 6 hours

1 Assistant coordinator up to 6 hours

Oversee vendors load-in and set up

Oversee vendor commitments and responsibilities

Oversee layout and design of event space

Coordinate program with DJ and/or musicians

Coordinate music with DJ and/or musicians

Coordinate vendors’ meals and break times

Set up and collect personal items

Troubleshoot and manage emergency situations

Event day emergency kit

Distribute any final payments and gratuities

Oversee end of event tear down, clean up, and load-out
